"This flat was exactly as described. A cute and cozy respite from the chaos of London, with a nice garden for relaxation. The situation to the Wimbledon tube station and many restaurants in Wimbledon is perfect. Just a short walk to everything. Communications with the owner were excellent. Would be glad to stay here again!"

"Lovely, quaint guest house, room are clean, comfortable and have all amenities. Charles (the manager) is an absolute gentleman and nothing is too much trouble for him. Breakfast included was fine too. Would definitely stay again. "

"Staff are warm welcoming and friendly. Food is great especially the full english breakfast. Rooms are clean beds are really comfy. Its a 17th century building with all the quirks you would expect. There is a huge beer garden and parking in a nice village location"

Only qualm this year was we couldn’t regulate the temperature in one of the showers (was far too hot). Other than that it is perfect and already booked again for next year. "
