Max Occupancy: 8 guests (Children under 13 do not count toward the occupancy limit)
Parking: 2 cars in driveway (no street parking)
Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM (strictly enforced)
Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 21 or over with a valid photo ID, a credit card, a signed rental agreement, and a signed VHR good neighbor contract
Compliance: Guests may be fined for exceeding occupancy, parking limits, or noise violations
