This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 8. It cannot host more than 8 adults. This applies 24/7. There is parking for 2 vehicles (garage + driveway).

The updated kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring granite countertops, a 4-burner gas range, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials for effortless meal prep. With lots of room to gather for family meals, choose between the high-top table for eight or the dining table for five. Step out onto the balcony to savor morning coffee or fire up the BBQ while overlooking the lagoon.

Downstairs, a second spacious living area invites you to spread out and relax. With another large sectional, recliners, and a 55” TV, it’s an ideal spot for family movie and game night. • We manage several nearby homes, so if you’re planning for a larger group, we can help arrange multiple properties.
• Once your reservation is confirmed, a rental agreement will be sent for signature.
Home Essentials
• The home will be prepared with a starter supply of items such as soaps and paper products. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies after arrival.
Local Regulations
• Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County take rental compliance very seriously. Please review the rules outlined in your rental agreement to avoid fines or enforcement visits.
Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded.
• Street parking is prohibited.
• Outdoor areas of the home may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be placed in designated bear-proof containers or dumpsters (locations posted on the fridge).

Please note:
Pets are not allowed in this home. However, if you have a trained Service or ESA dog, we can assist you in finding a dog-friendly property.
Fishing is catch-and-release only from the lagoon
NoiseAware monitors decibel levels in a privacy-safe way to ensure quiet stays.
Exterior cameras may be present to monitor parking compliance. No indoor surveillance is used.
