This 1,720 square foot house gives you room to spread out across three upstairs bedrooms plus a loft, with a full kitchen, a dining table for gathering, and a private entrance for easy comings and goings. Wind down by the wood stove after a day on the trails, fire up the BBQ grill out back, and let the whole group settle into a home built for togetherness. With Heavenly Village around 4.6 miles away and the Stateline casinos about 5.0 miles out, you are close to the action while still tucked into a quieter corner of South Lake Tahoe.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

✦ Like many cabins in Tahoe, there's no central AC in the home so it does get warm in the summer
✦ The bedrooms and loft are upstairs, so expect stairs during your stay.
✦ During winter months, mountain driving conditions may require chains or a 4-wheel-drive vehicle, so plan ahead and consider trip insurance.

HOUSE RULES:
✦ No parties or gatherings; events are not permitted at any time.
✦ No smoking inside the property.
✦ No pets.
✦ Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM out of respect for our neighbors.
✦ Maximum of 4 vehicles: 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway.
✦ Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
✦ Responsible guest: the primary renter must be 21 years or older and provide a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before check-in.
✦ Rental agreements must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
✦ Guests will be directed to a portal to sign the agreement and access their digital guidebook.
