Please note there are certain times that cell and internet service may be slow or may not work all together such as poor weather conditions and also more people in town than usual.
During fall/winter/ spring months (snow) drive a four wheel drive with snow tires or have snow chains on your vehicle.
No refunds for power outage, things out of my control, nature coming into play.
Must clean up after pets. Fail to do so will result in extra charges
$45 pet fee for one pet, (additional fee for multiple pets). If you no longer plan to bring your pet, the service fee will not be refunded.
