Enjoy the serenity from three private decks, perfect for relaxing or entertaining, complete with a hot tub, grill, and outdoor dining area.



In the winter, world-class skiing is just minutes away ⛷️, with Sierra-at-Tahoe and Heavenly both within 10 miles. During the summer months, reach the sandy beaches of Lake Tahoe in about 15 minutes ️, or explore nearby hiking trails like Echo Lakes and the Tahoe Rim Trail . Dining, shopping, and local attractions are all conveniently close.



Living Areas



Spanning two levels, this stylish home features modern mountain décor and upscale furnishings. The main living area offers two plush sofas, an armchair, a cozy gas fireplace , and a 65” TV. A second living space provides additional seating, another gas fireplace, and a 55” TV—ideal for groups to spread out and unwind.



Kitchen & Dining



Prepare meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. Gather around the large wood dining table, enjoy casual meals in the breakfast nook for four, or pull up a seat at the kitchen bar, which accommodates four more ️.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms



The primary suite features a king bed, armchair, 55” TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower .

Two additional bathrooms are thoughtfully located throughout the home, each with a tub/shower combination.



Outdoor Spaces



The upper-level deck is perfect for gatherings, offering a grill, outdoor dining for eight, and rocking chairs . A second upstairs deck features a private hot tub, while the covered lower deck provides a quiet spot to relax and take in the forested surroundings.



Things To Know



Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.



WiFi can be spotty in the mountains.



This home is not equipped with air conditioning.



The patio furniture is seasonal.



The BBQ is seasonal.



Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the driveway and 2 vehicles in the garage.

Street parking is not permitted and may result in fines or towing.

Please make sure cars are parked fully within the driveway and not blocking sidewalks or neighboring properties.

Oversized vehicles, trailers, RVs, and boats are not allowed.



Garbage and recycling should be stored in the big metal bear box next to the driveway. There is a latch on the front of the bear box. You will lift the latch with your hand when opening and closing the bear box. Our bears are pretty smart. DO NOT LEAVE THE BEAR BOX UNLATCHED. This will ensure that the local wildlife cannot get to your trash.



NOTE: The city of South Lake Tahoe takes the safety of their wildlife and the beauty of their city very seriously. So please never leave garbage outside overnight as the wildlife will find it, and guests will be responsible for any clean up or fines that may occur.
