True lake-front views, comfortable house, uniting us with nature and its peace.Has:- absolute silence and peace from everyone- a very efficient fire place with remote control- unobstructed lake views from 4/5 bedrooms- the perfect outdoor Jacuzzi- wonderful, new and plush 100% cotton towels- excellent kitchen equipment, including a cast-iron grilling surface integrated into the stove- various wine glasses (all dishwasher safe) and a wine fridge on both floors - a three car parking garage- both floors on constant level- steep but convenient staircase from the top balcony to the garden- partial floor heating in bathrooms- nice bears who reportedly do not go after wine, so you can leave your bottle outside to cool overnight ;)Does not have:- a beach or path to it; the shore is steep - a private pier: the pictured one is the neighbor’s - shampoo and hair conditioner in smaller showers - working blackout curtains, except for one bedroom (the “modern” electronic ones just fail)- a cast-iron pan in the kitchenThe towels and bedsheets were washed using conventional chemicals and dried using laundry sheets. That’s one way to fight crime: any laundry thief will surely contract cancer within a year. They were so disgustingly artificially perfumed, I had to give my duvet to the kids. They loved it like a candy with yellow 5 and red 40. Laundry sheets should be outlawed 500 miles around Tahoe.A few stairs must be climbed to enter. Highly recommended.
