"Checking in was a disaster. Their staff have no clue what they're doing. It took 45 minutes to get our room keys. We ended up needing a 2nd room and ran into the exact same problem with different staff. I asked for the manager and he just gave me excuses and attitude. We will never step foot in ANY Ceaser's owned establishment ever again after this experience. ZERO star experience! NOT RECCOMENDED."

"I made a reservation through Expedia/VRBO, and the host canceled less than 24 hours before check-in without providing any explanation.
When I contacted Expedia, they were not aware that the reservation had been canceled. I then contacted VRBO, where the listing was posted. VRBO was unable to reach the host to determine the reason for the cancellation and could only confirm that the reservation had been active and fully confirmed in their system.
As a result, I had to spend valuable time working...
