Completely renovated with a modern mountain style, The Junction is designed for families and groups to come together, play, relax, and explore. With six bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, spacious gathering areas, and room for up to 12 guests plus up to 5 additional children under 14 years old, everyone has room to settle in.



The main living area features a large sectional, fireplace, and smart TV, while the spacious dining area and fully equipped kitchen create a natural gathering place for meals, games, and conversation. The kitchen includes cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, and utensils, along with plenty of counter and seating space for larger groups.



The game room is the heart of The Junction. Shoot pool, challenge someone to shuffleboard, play darts, watch the game, or gather around the table for board games. The adjacent bunk room gives kids their own fun space, making the home especially well suited for families and multi-family getaways.



After a day exploring Tahoe, fire up the Blackstone BBQ on the deck and enjoy the surrounding pines, or spread out throughout the home for a quieter evening. Downstairs minisplits provide heating and cooling, while thoughtful family amenities like a baby gate and air purifier add extra convenience.

Guest Access:

You have full and private access to the entire cabin during your stay, including all six bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, and the spacious living areas. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the private outdoor spaces for mountain views. Please note that the entire property is for your exclusive use, with the exception of one locked owner closet.



The Neighborhood:

The Junction puts you in one of South Lake Tahoe’s most convenient locations, with restaurants, bike paths, outdoor recreation, and Tahoe adventures all close to home. Step out the door and you’re just a 2-minute walk from Blue Dog Pizza and Cold Water Brewery & Grill, making it easy to grab dinner, meet friends for a drink, or enjoy a casual night out without getting back in the car.



For cyclists, the location is especially convenient. Bike paths run along Highway 50 just outside the home, providing easy access to South Lake Tahoe’s extensive network of bike routes. From here, you can hop on your bike and explore the lake, beaches, trails, restaurants, and surrounding communities without having to load up the car. Whether you’re planning a leisurely family ride or a longer day exploring Tahoe by bike, you’re already connected to the route.



The surrounding area offers that quintessential Tahoe mix of towering pines, mountain air, and easy access to year-round recreation. Spend the morning riding along the lake, head to the beach for the afternoon, explore nearby hiking trails, or venture out for skiing, boating, and other mountain adventures.



When you're ready to explore more, Heavenly, Lake Tahoe, and the many shops, restaurants, beaches, and attractions around South Lake Tahoe are all within a short drive.



The Junction gives you the best of both worlds — a peaceful Tahoe setting surrounded by pines, with restaurants, bike paths, and outdoor adventures right outside your door.



Getting Around:

The Junction’s convenient South Lake Tahoe location makes it easy to get around by car, bike, or on foot. With bike paths along Highway 50 just outside the home, you can hop on your bike and explore the surrounding area, lakefront, beaches, trails, restaurants, and more.



Several local restaurants are within walking distance, including Blue Dog Pizza and Cold Water Brewery & Grill, both just about a 2-minute walk away. For farther adventures, having a car is recommended, especially for exploring destinations around the lake, trailheads, ski areas, and neighboring communities.



Parking up to 5 vehicles between the garage and driveway, Garage is available for a couple vehicles (but large trucks will probably not fit in the garage and should be parked outside). In winter, be sure to plan for Tahoe’s mountain weather and allow extra time for snowy or icy road conditions.
