Gather for meals or family game nights at the eight-person table, then settle into the cozy living area with plush seating, a Netflix-ready flatscreen TV (bring your own account info), and a warming gas fireplace to help set the mood.

There's no shortage of lake fun to be had with white sands and blue waters within a short walk of your front door. In warm weather, take your pick of boating, fishing, kayaking, swimming, or simply lounging in the sun. Venturing into the main drag of South Lake Tahoe is also a treat, with a wide variety of shops and local eateries awaiting you. Come winter, the fresh powder of Heavenly Mountain Resort will be calling your name, just under two miles from home. And for a little adult fun throughout the year, head into Stateline, Nevada, to visit the casinos just two miles away.

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
