The Black Bear tiny house Bungalow is a cozy pet friendly tinu house surrounded by pine trees in a small, tiny house village, great for couples, small families or a small group of friends looking for a fun Tahoe getaway. The cabin has a gas fireplace in the front room one bedroom with a Queen bed and one bathroom downstairs and upstairs is two LOW CEILING LOFT (48") rooms for additional sleeping each with a queen bed. The bungalow offers free WiFi , toiletries and linens and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need including both Keurig and regular coffee machine. Come out and hit the ski slopes at one of the close ski resorts or just enjoy the snow as well as the casinos at Stateline are only 10 minutes away. This cabin is very pet friendly with a fenced private yard because most guests bring pet with them during their stay if you do have allergies to pets this may not be the best cabin option for you. This cozy tiny house is ONLY 700 square feet as it can sleep 7 guests max it is BEST suited for 4 adults as it is a TINY house.

This is a TINY house so is not really suited for guests with mobility issues as we are not handicap accessible and spaces are smaller than a normal house.

***This is a tiny house cabin in the Sierras we do have lots of wildlife. this includes bears, squirrels, chipmunks, coyotes and even the occasional field mouse spotting any of these will not get you a refund. **** The tiny house village does have external cameras as well as the bungalow has a ring doorbell on the front porch.
