WELCOME TO MY HOME You enter the home walking past a gorgeous flower garden (summer) with table and chairs to relax in the morning sun. The quartzit stone entry mudroom offers plenty of coat closet space, cupboards with board games, puzzles and playing cards for all ages. Next you will enter through the etched glass mountain theme door where you will be overcome by the spectacular lake & mountain view that awaits you. This home gives you an immediate cabin feel with the alder wood cased windows, beautiful tobacco teak wood flooring and a stone faced gas fireplace.
The KITCHEN is a gourmet cooks delight with granite counter tops 2 ovens, gas cook top range, refrigerator with an ice maker, dishwasher and microwave. There are many small appliances; cuisinart, blenders, air fryer, mixer, 2 crock pots and many sizes of pots and pans, large electric griddle, rice cooker and instant pot. The last thing you want to do upon arriving is go to the store so we have put together a welcome basket of snacks, and drinks In the morning enjoy a fully stocked coffee, tea, hot chocolate bar.
After you have taken in the awesome lake view, be sure to check out the community bulletin board where previous guests have posted interesting places they have discovered during their stay.
Sit back and enjoy beautiful lake sunsets in the comfortable new Jacuzzi (installed,2017) with lots of jets to ease sore muscles after skiing or hiking. Drained, disinfected and refilled after each traveler.
The MASTER BEDROOM has a king size bed with a 180 degree lake view out the picture windows. The view across the lake is absolutely gorgeous. Sit at the desk and enjoy working from home with this view. The master has a soaking tub next to an elevated gas fireplace, a shower big enough for a party with the many assorted spa heads, small refrigerator for refreshments and LARGE flat screen tv to view from bed or the comfortable sofa. In the master closet is a Pac n play baby bed and highchair. Sit out on the private deck and enjoy all the lake activities below.
The LIVING ROOM has 3 comfortable couches, card table to have family fun time with the many games and puzzles, gas fireplace, Wi-Fi and a 55" Smart TV with DVD player. A breakfast bar divides the kitchen dining area with a table to seat 8-10 people with a card table for additional seating. The BACKYARD features two large outdoor tables with benches and a gas BBQ & gas fire pit to sit around. Provided are 7 single kayaks and 3 stand up paddle boards with life jackets in which to enjoy the lake. We also have a grass area on the lake side with a shed filled with many outdoor toys (2 corn hole boards) and games. Back inside again, the downstairs playroom has a foosball table, Wii game system, and Smart Tv , futon couch for additional sleeping. FABULOUS LOCATION
Regan Beach in front of the house has a sand volley ball court, a kids playground with swings and slides. A short walk down to the sandy beach. (size depends upon abundance of precipitation). 4th of July fireworks with music are set off from a barge on the lake giving you a fabulous front row seat not only for South Lake Tahoe fireworks but views of other fireworks going off around the lake. El Dorado Beach (Lakeview Commons Beach) is just down the street where every Thursday starting in June until Sept from 4-8:30pm a free concert with different bands performing on a temporary stage that will be built in the sand. Spectators can sit – for free – on the terraced area or up top where there are picnic tables. Beer garden, food vendors and local artists.

This home is centrally located in South Lake Tahoe. You have Regan Beach out your back door and El Dorado beach down the street which has a boat launch ramp $ (water depth dependent) (bring your boat and anchor it in front of the house). Available at the house are 3 Standup paddle boards and 7 Kayaks. Bikes, and other toys are available for rent at the end of lakeview. Many local hotspot restaurants are located on Harrison Ave at the end of Lakeview Ave. The casino's and Heavenly Play Park are about a 15 minute drive. There is a public pool and an indoor ice rink at the community center less than 1 mile away. At the same location there is a very large playground for young children.

GREAT LOCATION: You will love this location! The views of the lake are amazing with the sunsets over the lake. PERFECT place to view the fireworks on July 4th and other holiday's they decide to shoot off fireworks over the lake. Hidden Beach is the locals neighborhood beach. You can find it at the end of Lilly by heading west on Lakeview Ave towards the end you turn left on Belleview Ave and then right on Lilly, from there you have to walk through the meadow to the beach. Heavenly Ski Resort is about a 15 minute drive to the CA base lodge. Sierra at Tahoe is about a 30 minute drive and Kirkwood is about an hour drive.

This is truly a special place for families and friends to make a memorable vacation. Kids of all ages will love all there is to do in this special place. During the holiday season the house becomes festive for Christmas with lights, decorations and a tree to put your presents under. Stocking are hung and waiting for Santa's visit.
