The location of the home provides easy access to the forest for some great hiking, yet conveniently located near shopping, groceries and restaurants. A short, 15 minute drive to the casinos, the Truckee River for rafting, or beaches of Lake Tahoe.

This home cannot host more than 8 people over the age of 5. This applies 24/7.

No matter how you choose to spend one of your many glorious and eventful Tahoe days, you’ll always have everything you need to wind down in your home away from home. With high ceilings, spacious rooms, and an abundance of light thanks to the many large windows, this home exudes a soothing ambiance. Relax in the living area with a warm fire blazing, kick your feet up on the back deck looking into the forested neighborhood. Send the kids downstairs for some playtime, while you take a soak in the jetted tub with the flicker of the gas fireplace in the primary suite. The full kitchen and its quality appliances are sure to please the group chef, not to mention the open layout encourages family cooking and conversation. As evening approaches, have the kids and the furry friends play outside in the enclosed yard and join them on the deck as you watch the sun go down.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).
