"The cottage met all our needs. It is nestled between two marinas and in a quiet neighborhood. It is small but very efficient. One of the marinas has a small restaurant for breakfast and lunch and the owner of the restaurant is super friendly. Sitting out on the deck in the warm sun was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Cottage is larger than it appears in the pictures. Host was very responsive. Marina next door has friendly staff with easy and delicious food options. Great spot from which to explore the area!"

"We loved our stay at this property! Suzanne is very responsive when I reached out to her with questions. Location was convenient to everything and the house was perfect for our family group of 6 adults. Oh, and having the pool to relax in, after a day at the beach was amazing!"

"My husband and I had the best time on our anniversary getaway to Rhode Island! The cottage was adorable and sparkling clean. We enjoyed the extra touches such as the RI version of monopoly the host provided. The house was very close to many beaches and restaurants. It was in a great area! Definitely would stay here again in a heartbeat! Any questions we had the host answered very quickly and thoroughly and also provided many helpful recommendations for activities and food. Highly recommended!!"

"Nice long weekend getaway. The house was comfortable and clean. It was a good location—2 min drive to East Matunuck Beach and close enough to Route 1 to get to Wakefield and Narragansett easily. "

"The location was great, thank you. Adorable place to stay. Thank you. The only feedback would be to get a new nozzle for the shower head so the water came out more consistently. Otherwise, everything was amazing. Definitely recommend this place to others!"

"I was staying in RI for my son's wedding. This house was perfect for my other son and I. He used the pull out couch. We needed to buy sheets and a blanket. But no big deal. The location was close to the wedding venue. "

"The property was perfect for our family and mini-golden doodle, especially with the lovely backyard. It was close town making it easy to get to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend. "

"Sweet cabin with beautiful surroundings. I felt like I was in the middle of the woods in New Hampshire. Beautiful porch and yard filled with flowers. We were greeted with a vase filled with beautiful flowers and a basket of homemade Rhode Island items. Would definitely stay again."

"The property was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and you can tell that the owners have put a lot of love into the house. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had prior to arriving and while we were staying there.The view from the 2nd floor of the ocean and Block Island is amazing! It is approx. .25 mile walk to Grenn Hill Beach...so very convenient."

"We’re familiar with the Narragansett area, and this location was perfectly convenient to beaches and local attractions. The property had all the needed amenities for a wonderful trip, especially with a 4-year-old and a 1-year-old. It made traveling with young kids so much easier and allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our time."

"Outstanding place to stay! Hosts were great! From the moment we arrived we were amazed at how beautifully decorated it was and we all felt at home instantly. The cottage has a nice layout with a nice big yard for the kids to play in and the dog to run around. We highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Rhode Island. Close to beaches and an easy drive to Newport. Sara and Dan make sure everything you need for the stay is available. We would love to return! "
