Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, pool area, outdoor bar, wraparound porch, and yard throughout their stay. The garage will be unlocked for storage as needed however, we do ask that no cars are parked within the garage.

➝ This property features a private in-ground saltwater pool.
➝ By booking this property, guests acknowledge that use of the pool is at their own risk and agree to our hold harmless agreement which is posted on the kitchen refrigerator as well as in our handbook.
➝ Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
➝ By booking this property, guests acknowledge the agreement to following our pool rules which are posted in the handbook as well as outside of the pool
➝ Guests are responsible for the safety and supervision of all members of their party

Pool Seasonality:
➝ The pool is open seasonally typically from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If you are interested in dates but want to inquire on the pool opening or closing, please reach out!
➝ We do not heat the pool therefore, depending on when you book the pool may be open but still a little chilly!

Cameras:
➝ Exterior security cameras are present and are used only for property security, liability, and monitoring occupancy limits.

Cleaning Process:
➝ Professionally cleaned between every guest stay
➝ Linens professionally washed and refreshed between guests

Lawn Care/Snow Removal/Pool Maintenance:
➝ Professional landscapers and pool contractors maintain our property and amenities on a scheduled basis. (Typically Thursdays)
➝ While their visits are brief, they may occasionally occur during your stay and there should be no down time required afterwards.
