"The mid-century studio is even cuter than in the photos! Perfect location with walk to town and the wonderful restaurants there. Perfect for a couple. (I highly recommend the almond croissant at Wilsons.) The place is spotlessly clean and easy/quick communications with our host. The snack basket was perfect and the extra water bottles in the fridge saved us on a hike. We will definitely be back, maybe to paddle the nearby Housatonic. :) "

"Though we only stayed one night and were at a family event for the majority of our visit to the area, we thoroughly enjoyed this guest house and wish we had more time to just relax and enjoy the space and beautiful property. The guest house is fully stocked with everything you would need and if you enjoy the outdoors it is right down the road from some beautiful trails. It’s a gem of a spot and my family would definitely stay again. "

"The house is extremely spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped. The setting is breathtaking. The serenity of the location is highly desirable. It took several days for us to appreciate the size of the property. One drawback is the uneven stone steps without railings to get into the house. But we are in our 80s, so this could be minor for younger guests. We would go back to find such restfulness."
