Very nice home! The grounds and pond were a hit with our grandkids. The inside was everything we were looking for and so spacious for our family! Would definitely rent again in the future!

Great size for extended family

This property was a great place for 3 couples and 2 sets of brothers to stay because each bedroom has its own bath, and 2 of the bedrooms had two beds. The linens and towels were great but at least a few of the mattresses were surprisingly firm. (Some people liked that, some didn't.) The kitchen was beautiful and well-stocked with everything you could need. It should be noted that you enter on the lower level, but the kitchen and communal areas are all on the upper level, so if you have people with mobility issues, it's not ideal.There is also an awesome large detached screened-in porch behind the house that had lounge furniture and a big table. It was very dirty upon arrival though, so we spent a good deal of time wiping down all of the furniture to make it usable. Surprising because the house itself was really clean.Location-wise, it feels remote, but was only a 15-minute drive to either Saugatuk or South Haven and there is a very handy convenience store 1 mile away. One negative is that there is a camp of sorts that surrounds the property on 2 sides, which was a little off-putting as they were riding their 4-wheelers back and forth behind the house.All in all we definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend for a larger group that wants to spend some time together.

It’s a lovely property and house. Well appointed with everything we needed from small children to their grandparents. Loved making s’mores at the fire pit. Close beach access and close to Saugatuck, which we loved.

Quiet, spacious country home!

This home, conveniently located between Saugatuck and South Haven, was perfect for 3 families with active young children. We had lots of room outside for baseball, soccer, climbing on the playground equipment, and closing the night with a campfire. Each of the 5 bedrooms had its own bathroom, and there were many gathering spaces. Behind the house is a screened porch with lots of room for relaxing or setting up games for the kids. The kitchen table easily seats 12, and the area was well equipped with dishes, glasses, pots, baking dishes, etc. We could not have asked for more! You do have to drive to wherever you want to go, but the tradeoff is the peaceful setting.

Family Friendly Vacation

We stayed with my two siblings, their families/spouses, and my mom. The layout of this place is perfect for 3 families! We had two families with small children (5 total) in the upstairs area and 3 adults in the downstairs area. It could not have been more perfect, everyone had their own space and bathroom. The yard and outdoor space was serene and so well kept. We enjoyed a bonfire and the kids had tons of room to run and play. They found lots of frogs around the pond which was so fun for them. The rest of the house is set up for great conversation and togetherness. It’s also a great location, just about 15 minutes from both South Haven and Saugatuck. We did both this time! We absolutely loved our stay here and hope to come back next year.

Lily Pond

Lily Pond was a perfect retreat for our family to gather in one place for our vacation. The property had great space to gather as a family while allowing for individual privacy with each of the 5 bedrooms having their own bath. The kitchen was amazing and stocked with everything we needed for comfortable family meals. Questions during our stay were answered quickly and communication was seamless. We loved the location midway between South Haven and Saugatuck. Definitely a great find!

Great house for multiple families

Each bedroom has a bathroom. Updated and fully stocked kitchen working very well for cooking throughout our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Girls weekend

This house was great for a large group. Every bedroom had a bathroom which was awesome. The property management company was so communicative and responsive. Very impressed with the management of the property. I would warn that the bedding in the house was super basic. The beds themselves were very comfortable and everything felt clean however, the only bedding was a fitted sheet and a duvet inset with no cover. If your picky about bedding that would be worth knowing.

Great Stay

Our extended family had a wonderful time. The property was large and beautiful. We had the best fall weather to enjoy the foliage and bonfires. The playset for the kids was a pleasant surprise that wasn't in the description. We loved that there was an en suite bathroom for every bedroom. The house location was right in the middle of several destinations we wanted to check out which only took 10-15 minutes to get to. The property manager was quick to respond to our questions and also sent over extra towels that we needed for the kitchen.

Family trip

Great spot for big groups

This home was a very nice find for a Fourth of July weekend reunion! Lots of space that catered to all kinds of activities no matter the weather, from a large indoor table for games and a game room to a huge yard for lawn games. We especially liked the convenient location to Saugatuck and South Haven and that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Only complaints were despite having to sign a waiver for the hot tub, it was green and dirty upon arrival, so we were not able to use. The group before us must have overfilled the garbage as the garage was filled with trash bags that stank- luckily it didn’t permeate into the house. And for some reason there was only a single dish towel and no kitchen clothes, which made doing dishes rather interesting.
