"We enjoyed a 2 night stay in one of the newly refurbished bedrooms (Room 5). The room was furnished to a high standard with a modern bathroom and excellent walk-in shower. "We stayed for just one night at the Beach House. The facilities were very comfortable and spacious, and dog friendly. The instructions to get into the room were clear and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. Lots of lovely little thoughtful touches which we appreciated. Near to great walks on the beach and a lovely evening dinner at 'The Wittering' pub 5 mins walk away. "

"We stayed overnight the day before our wedding and on our wedding night at this charming facility. The staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We had friends and family who stayed over at the Royal Swan and enjoyed breakfast with us before heading back home. The staff were efficient friendly and effective in providing a 1st class service during our stay. We would highly recommend this facility to anywhere needing accommodation in the area. "

"Lovely characterful country house set in the beautiful South Downs National Park, but within easy reach of many other places of interest. Car needed to take full advantage of the location. Owners and staff very welcoming and bedroom comfortable (superior double room). Good breakfast served and a choice of pubs for evening meal within easy reach (by car)"
