"This area is amazing! We missed the spring blooms by a week, maybe. But it was still so pretty. The property was exactly as described. Communication was slow, but I did get responses. The property was clean, but here were dead bugs, and I mean A LOT of dead bugs, on every window seal and on the floor under the windows. Lots of cobwebs too, but it didn't affect the stay. The beds were pretty comfy, there were plenty of towels. The firepit had one load of fire wood and that was it. I'd stay here...

"My dog and I really enjoyed our stay. Place was well equipped and clean. Holly especially liked the goats and vice verse. Had great communication with Tyler through out. Starlink was flawless. Beautiful area. Would definitely stay there again."

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay (with our two dogs)! Perfect location; close to Bryce Resort for downhill mountain biking (or skiing in the winter) and lots of hiking trails in the area. House was clean and so was the hot tub. Saw lots of wildlife during our stay. No issue with hot water in the shower like a previous review mentioned. Host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond if we had any questions. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area! "

"Loved it all around 5 star. The people/management are super friendly. It has the master room on main level and the kids area is up the spiral stairs. It’s not big but it’s extremely cozy. I really liked it. Very nice bathroom and they have a washer and dryer you can use as well."

"Had a wonderful spiritual experience thank you so much. Hot tub was great the house was cozy and the lake which is only a short walk away was beautiful. "

"This was definitely an experience very relax and a comfortable atmosphere the kids loved the games and toys that were included. I absolutely enjoyed cooking in a spacious kitchen. I appreciated how Veronica wrote in detail In the welcome booklet what was around the town restaurants, waterfalls, outdoor activities. This was definitely a trip far from home but worth it. Thank you for opening your home for us to experience the beautiful nature of West Virginia."

"Fantastic property with a fantastic view; we didn't want to leave and would return in a heartbeat. "14 family members traveled from 2 hours away up to 8 hours away including our adult sons, their wives and 4 grandchildren and we moved in on Dec26 and had a fun 4 night stay in this big beautiful home. Everyone was very comfortable on firm beds, with lots of pillows and blankets and big renovated bathrooms. "This was one of the best rentals we've ever experienced. Great fun for the kids and adults alike. Beautiful views from the backyard. Clean and easy to use hot tub. The attic (kids room) was perfect for the 4 kids. They also loved the movie theatre. Out host was top notch. Extremely helpful and responsive. Truly, this was a 5 star experience!"
