"The room was clean and ready for us. The day staff was very friendly and helpful. The night staff was a different experience. The parking was secure as we parked under the building , I feel most people did not know that was available. The breakfast was very good, the hot items were hot and very good and many choices! I would stay here again!"

"I was pleasantly surprised how much this property has improved. I had a short stay, but i havent had a full pressured hot shower like that in years,. the bed was equally amazing. Thank you for making a stressful week and day so much better. I had a wonderful nights sleep. and i will be back for sure <3"

"Used to be a great place.
Staff was ok. Kim was awesome.
During breakfast a teenage girl went to make waffles and the spout for the batter came off. Totally not the girls fault but the staff member sure made it seem that way.
Internet was almost unusable.
Locked out of room multiple times due to bad key? Every once in a while of leaving the room the electronic lock would beep about 7 times. Staff didn't know why.
2 TV remotes per room, one of which did nothing. Batteries on my...

"The staff was exceptional, friendly, and very helpful. The room was clean and felt safe though fairly basic and furnished for high traffic. The walls are quite thin and there was a large gap under the door to the adjoining room and a lot of noise from the hall and next door rooms. The bed was a bit lumpy and odd but I was able to sleep and get some rest. The bathroom was lovely and well appointed with shampoo that smelled good and made my hair absurdly soft even without using the conditioner....

"You could not ask for a nicer quiet B&B and the hosts were amazing. You will be all by yourself as they only host one couple at a time. On Cottage Lake the facility is warm and friendly, and a little dated with the layout. It's private and breakfast is served at whatever time you want, and it's excellent! A very nice getaway that seems away from everything but only half hour-40 minutes or so from Seattle. "
