"A disappointing stay. Areas of the property are run down, and there appears to be a lot of unfinished projects. This itself is tolerable, and the staff I met were pleasant, but the level of cleanliness was not acceptable. The bottoms of my feet were black with grime and dirt after an hour of getting things set up in our room, which suggests to me a long-term lack of cleaning. The landscaping was well taken care of, but more effort needs to be spent on things like fixing and cleaning the floors."

"The place was under construction and we paid more for what we thought was a good brand only to arrive at a run down hotel that was under construction and breakfast didn’t have what was being offered for which I paid extra and upfront for a incomplete breakfast… it was so bad it became a joke between my wife and I… do you want sausage or bacon with your eggs?
