The master bedroom will have direct river views, washer/dryer and its own attached bathroom with stand up shower. The additional bathroom with tub/shower combination is located in the hallway near the other two bedrooms. Additional sleeping can be found in living area via the Queen sleeper sofa. Each bedroom will have window air conditioning in addition to the living area. Other amenities will include Wi-Fi, dishwasher, gas grill and enclosed outside shower.

Situated in South Dennis, you are located only 2.2 miles away from West Dennis Beach that runs along Nantucket Sound. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is also located just .6 mile from this home. This paved bikeway runs 25 miles all the way from South Yarmouth to Wellfleet and is the perfect way to spend your afternoon whether you want to bike, walk, skate or run. Bike rental shops are located nearby if you choose not to bring your own.
