  • Spectacular three bedroom home with central air conditioning, located in sought after neighborhood. This contemporary home sleeping 8 is sure to be a family favorite you will want to return to year after year. The main living area opens up to a light and bright renovated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and an oversized kitchen island. There is also a secondary spacious living area next to the kitchen, featuring additional dining, comfortable seating with TV, and slider doors leading to the sunroom. The private back yard is the perfect setting to spend your summer evenings after a long day at the beach. Cozy on up next to the fire pit while toasting marshmallows! You are a quick drive to both North and South side beaches (both just over 5 miles away).

The negative is ac not so great in outer bedrooms.Not spectacular but as expected for price . Also nice quiet neighborhood.

Such a Nice Home!

So many special touches that make this property first class. Some upgrades to the patio area since last year too. We hope to be back next year!

Wide open kitchen with high quality appliances, everything you need to cook your own meals. Enormous TV, very comfortable beds, plenty of space and comfy couches to lounge around in. We enjoyed a very relaxing week in this pristine, peaceful home.

Beautifully decorated, up to date appliances & fully equipped kitchen. We loved the two living areas & the sun room. Beautiful backyard & the central air was wonderful. Lots of space & closet room. Will definitely rent again. Only thing I wish there was is a fire pit in the backyard but otherwise this place is awesome!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is well appointed and in a great location. We did have trouble with the Central A/C working properly which did put a negative spin on our vacation. Martha Murray did a good job to try to resolve this, but unfortunately the issue did persist throughout the week. I'm not sure if I would book this house again because of this.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at this rental! It was so well laid out, it had everything we needed, and the location is excellent! The staff was so helpful and responsive when our trash was not picked up. We had a wonderful stay and we are considering rebooking the property with one exception. The only significant issue with the property is the outdoor shower. It is poorly placed/designed and it does not drain. The way the water backs up is seriously disgusting. Other than that, we loved the place! Thanks!

Affordable Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space offered was more than enough for 4 people although the king and queen beds are the only beds suited for adults. The kitchen with island is a great addition and the dining table sits in a nice area. I struggled with the Google Nest thermostat in maintaining cool air in a very hot week. The 2 main drawbacks are a musty basement with mold inside the clothes washer door gasket and poor Wi-Fi.I give a 4 for cleanliness due to the master bath shower tile needing a deep clean and the floors throughout while they were swept were not clean. Dirty handprints can be seen on walls and doors of bathrooms. The location is great, allowing travel to 6A, Rt.28 and Rt. 6 quickly. While I am familiar with Cape Cod for those who are not there was nothing offered as information on where to go what to do other than menus for take-out. Finally, this was a nice home in a great location for a very reasonable price.
