"This is the 3rd time we have used this hotel only due to its closeness to our location and price. They require a $100 deposit they dont tell you about until you check in. "The beds were terrible. Sunk down in the middle. The lights above the bed did not work. Tried to turn the shower on and the knob just spun. When we asked for maintenance, they informed us that maintenance wouldn’t be there til 10:00. We were trying to leave. So my husband asked for a screw driver and he fixed the shower. We should have our room charge refunded!"

"Breakfast was varied and generous. The hotel staff working in the kitchen were very friendly and very helpful.
Raoof Patel, who works at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Every time we saw him, he exuberantly greeted us and inquired if there was anything he could help us with. In all my years of staying at hotels, Raoof was the best example of what a hotel representative should be. We will certainly stay at Fairfield Commons again."

"This place is disgusting, smelly, and unsanitary. I stayed one of my three nights and left. Tried to get a refund for the two days I did not stay due to the conditions of the room and hotel and they refused to help their customers. "We booked for only one night and it exceeded expectations, the room was adorable, clean, the whole hotel smelled fresh, parking was a breeze, the staff was lovely, the TV had preloaded streaming services just had to log in. The shower alone was worth the price, the water pressure was adjustable and amazing! It does spray out of the shower a bit so keep the door shut! The room was on the pricier side but it was worth paying for peace of mind and comfort. My only regret was only staying one night!...
