"The property was dirty! Our room had a musty spell and there were small ants on our bed and a couple of spiders in our room. We had a 4 day stay and asked for room service but NONE was provided!!! I was on the 3rd floor and have to use a cane and have difficulty climbing stars and the elevator one of the days was out of order!!!! This was the worst stay EVER!!! I would have gone to another hotel but there was a no refund policy!!"

"The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is safe. We stayed one night for a wedding in German Village, so it was very close and we Ubered to and from the venue. It was perfect for our stay. House does have central air and the downstairs was comfortable, but the bedrooms were a bit stuffy. One bedroom did have a window unit, but no ceiling fan. (It did have a portable fan). The other bedroom had a ceiling fan but no window unit. I would still recommend this house to...
