"Upon arriving at the property the entire area was covered in snow and very unsafe to walk . I started itching while I was sleeping and woke up to my bed filled with bed bugs. Staff was called and I was relocated to another room and told the manager would contact me which never happened. I reached out to the property and finally got in touch with the manager only for him to say his apologies after I told him I’m currently home and still itching . "I really enjoyed my stay. The property is clean, comfortable and the location is in a very pretty setting. The owner communicated very well - answered my questions quickly. Really well-priced for such a well-equipped property. I got this place as a cheaper alternative to a hotel so I could visit my daughter who goes to Potsdam. Loved that i could bring and cook my own food for additional saving from having to eat out for every meal. Highly recommend!"

"We were visiting family in SRF and picked this property because of its location. Couldn’t be happier with our choice. Very clean and well appointed. The shower was very nice complete with a variety of body wash, etc. Very large and comfortable couch. We used the king sized bed which was also very comfortable. All in all a great place to stay and with 4 bedrooms we would come with more family. Thank you to our host. "

"Amazing privacy. Gorgeous riverside view. Beautiful trails. Lovely fragrant soaps, shampoos and lotions. Warm and cozy on a cold November night. Had scrambled eggs on the beautiful refurbished antique stove. A joy to use! Lovely details of magazines, books, binoculars, games, lovely coffee mugs, French Press setup, great cooking utensils and pots and pans. Truly memorable! Hope to be back for sure!!!"
