"Easy check-in; super close to water and cafes; beautiful room and the overall area. Have zero complaints. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Everything was just beautiful."

"Beach view was obstructed, cabin had not been renovated, no seperate seating area, no dishwasher, no oven or barbecue and we had to wash amything that we wanted to use in the kitchen because everything was dirty or oily."

"Mattress was in very poor condition with broken springs. Saw Cockroaches in the cabin on two occasions. TV chromecast did not work and very popr customer service. We have stayed at Tasman Parks in the past and would now reconsider. When we were ready to leave we realised that the conditions required us to strip bed linen and place in laundry bags and take out the rubbish. Which we did. At the rates charged this is completely unreasonable."
