On the first floor of this home, you will find two bedrooms, one with a king bed, and one with two twin beds. You’ll also find the kitchen, living room and full bathroom. Upstairs there’s a full bathroom, queen bedroom, and private sitting area with a chess board and other table game classics! The finished basement includes two bunk beds, a half bathroom, pool table, ping pong table, and foosball table.



Enjoy warm evenings grilling on the back deck -- maybe before heading out to the famous weekly Chatham Band Concert or taking in a movie at the deluxe Orpheum theater downtown.
