"Great room - Clean and comfortable with a view of the Ocean and could see sunrise from the bed or balcony. Beach access and covered / heated swimming pool were great and very convenient! Calm beach - hardly any waves / lot of shells. Room had 2 TVs - one with cable channels and streaming services and other with a VHS and DVD Player! They had a good collection of VHS and DVD too!

"I transferred to By The Bay had suite 1A. It was lovely. Lousy weather room had full fridge gas cooking well stocked with dishes pans bed excellent firm bedding lovely. "

"Ocean not visible from room but veru clowe walking distance, maybe 40 steps. Quaint little place and owner very responsive. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would go back. Perfect for couples and anyone on a budget. Wonderful location "

"We had a wonderful stay with our family! The home is in a very central Cape Cod location making it easy for us to have maximized our vacation to see and enjoy everything from the lower to the upper cape and Martha’s Vineyard. We highly recommend a trip to Provincetown, Martha’s Vineyard and Chatham.
