"Air conditioner didnt work in first room neither did the phone. Second room fridge wouldnt shut because freezer section was overrun with ice had to defrost it before we could use it. Plus no phone at all. Wasnt very clean at all. No maids to be found and every time i stopped at front desk day or night only had the bell "

"Hotel is brand new. It was only the third day being open. Staff was nice willing to help. Room was nice, still had some construction debris in the room. Staff still learning systems and not everything was fully functional at the time. Overall the experience was good and I am sure as time moves along bugs will be worked out as business gets established."

"There is no staff and access is via a code. I arrive late at night but there were no lights to let me see the code box. Note that the room is very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. However, there is no TV in room if that is important to you. Parking on the street was plentiful. I only saw one other guest the whole time I was there. "The room was clean, but the fan in the bathroom must’ve had something wrong with it because it rattled so bad that I’d wake her way up at night when it turned bathroom turn on and I wish we didn’t know the pool was closed before the grandkids were disappointed they didn’t get to swim, but overall the hotel is very nice and good staff"

"It would have been useful to have poop bags in dog potty area, it was empty so people weren't picking up after their dogs. I was there 3 nights and they never checked to see if I needed clean towels or if my room needed freshening up. Other than that the room was very clean with comfortable beds with large pillows! Great breakfast options."

"Room seemed nice enough when we entered. However when it came to the main purpose for getting a hotel room--getting a restful sleep after a hard day of travel--this place completely fails.
First we chose this hotel partly for the on-site restaurant and bar, but the restaurant closed at 9, and the bar closed at 10, so we had to go somewhere else. Useless.
The worst though is the sleep experience, or rather the experience of not sleeping.
First, their cheap shower soap gave my wife a rash....

"I was expecting much more for the rates we paid. We paid pricing comparable to Hilton or Hyatt, but the overall experience felt closer to a Motel 6, Days Inn, or Extended Stay. Even those usually include some type of breakfast.
The room itself was clean, but the property was overpriced for what was actually offered. The biggest frustration was that our key card deactivated every single time we left the room, which became extremely inconvenient throughout our stay.
