"House was perfect for staying and hanging out but also close enough to town if you needed to drive in. We came up for the bay shore marathon and had a great time."

"My friends and I had a great stay here. While the interior of the home has not been updated since it was built, the furniture, floors and even the walls were spotlessly clean and in excellent condition. It is obvious the owner cares a great deal for the property. It is located very close to downtown Traverse City while still maintaining a rural and secluded feel in the woods. "The outside deck is spectacular! Million dollar view! We spent most of our time on the deck. Steps out to the water for swimming, kayaking or boating Bedrooms and baths are updated and very nice. We really appreciated all the bath towels as well. There are extra towels in the laundry room Kitchen is small but serviceable. Everyone had a wonderful time. Doug was very responsive and quick to handle any requests we had"
