Great location right across the street from the sports facilities. Restaurants and bars within a block. Only issue was only warm water with not the greatest water pressure in the shower. I would stay there again.

Great location
Great location for Notre Dame sporting events. We walked accross the street for hockey games and short walk to restaurants. Room was clean and ok beds. Breakfast had a decent selection.

Location, location, location.
Great location near Notre Dame. Easy walk to the campus, restaurants and local shopping. Unfortunately, the walls between rooms could have better sound quality…you go to sleep and wake up to the neighbor’s television. Charging $11 for outdoor surface parking during non-campus events in South Bend is questionable.

Your employees saved this review. The first problem was they did not have our cards for the full three days so I had to go down and have that changed. Not a big problem. The second thing was that somebody Peed in the elevator also not something that they did, but the third thing was that they did not change our room for two days. We specifically left so they could clean the room and they didn’t do it also the floors all over very dirty.

Thank you John for keeping us informed. You're stay clearly wasn't the way I expect it to go. If you ever end being a Marriott member and decide to give us another chance. My name is Justin. I'll make sure you're rewarded with extra Marriott points as compensation. And also make sure your stay goes the way we both expect! P.S. P in the elevator is a new one for me. After weddings we occasionally get a different kind of nasty.

Nice facility but lousy house keeping.
The carpet was dirty with debris from someones earlier stay . The bath floor was dirty and had not been cleaned, hair on the floor, looked like it was not mopped

The lock on the side door to the hotel was broken so it was constantly unlocked, super unsafe. When I informed the front desk they told me they already knew about it and were going to have it fixed - sure. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor so the bathroom floor was constantly a wet slipping hazard. And I assume they know about this because there was a drain in the middle of the bathroom floor - as if that’s an adequate fix. The breakfast they provide is abysmal and undercooked. The fixtures were outdated and the property itself was just dirty. Overall very disappointed in this hotel. For the area it is in it should be keeping much higher standards.

Thank you for taking the time to fill out a survey.The outdoor lock you are referring to was waiting on a part and was fixed the day after your departure. I apologize for your placement into room 127 which is a ADA accessible roll in shower room. The bathroom is designed exactly as it should be for wheel chair access. I do however prefer it not to be used unless for ADA obviously but also sold out nights. So you certainly have my sincerest apologies on that one. And cleanliness is something I take very seriously so disappointed on that as well. Breakfast we just got back after 3 years of running only a grab and go due to staff shortages. The reviews the past 6 weeks have been predominately positive. But we're all learning on the fly including myself. I came aboard here February of 2020. So I've been present for approximately 10 weeks total of hot prepared choices. So on that one we do ask for your patience along with us being disappointed in your experience.Thank you again for replying!
