With plenty of space, modern amenities, and a convenient location, our house is sure to exceed your expectations and provide a comfortable stay.



The Space:

Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. On the first floor, you'll find two of the four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a cozy full bed, perfect for a good night's sleep after a busy day exploring the city. Bedroom 2 is equipped with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, making it the perfect room for kids or groups of friends.

Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both feature full beds and plenty of space to unwind and relax. There are two full bathrooms upstairs, ensuring that everyone has plenty of space to get ready in the morning or wind down at night.

The main floor features a convenient half bathroom, making it easy for everyone to freshen up without having to go upstairs. The living room is spacious and inviting, with plenty of seating for everyone to gather and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, and the dining room is perfect for enjoying meals together.

Outback is a deck with a small table and chairs as well as a charcoal grill.



Guest Access:

The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.



Please Note:

The guest count you provide must be accurate as there can be additional guest fees. Notify us if you need to adjust the guest count before arrival. A fine of $25 per night will be applied for each undeclared guest.



Reminder: If a guest missed the checkout time, additional fees will be added. If more than 2 hours past checkout, we will charge for an additional day.



If you would like to use the grill during your stay please bring charcoal and a fire starter.
