"Your place is absolutely perfect. I did not want to leave. In fact I thought we had booked through Friday. I was heartbroken when I realized we had to leave today. It was beautiful, spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything you could ever want. We will definitely be back. Our only negative is we didn’t see any whales. ☹️. We do live near the beach in Southern California and do see them at home. So I can’t really complain. Thank you so much!!!!"

"Our family of 4 adults and our large dog spent a long weekend at the Moby House. We arrived with high expectations, based on previous reviews, and weren’t dissapointed. The house was well equipped and we wanted for nothing. Of course the fact that the weather was exceptional for mid March didn’t hurt! We were able to enjoy the most amazing sunsets from the balcony and were lucky to spot several whales close enough to shore to see with the naked eye. An additional bonus was that we slept like...

"Dog friendly house with incredible views and lots of character. The state park is currently closed for construction but when it opens up again it will be walking distance to the beach. Easy drive to Newport."
