We can't wait to host you in our 36m2 apartment! Immerse yourself in the culture of Southern France. You'll find yourself right on Marin lake, near Soustons beach, and in the perfect location to explore Landes. Your group will love Soustons and all that it has to offer, including swimming, windsurfing, biking, and mini-golfing. If that's not enough to get you longing for this coastal paradise, then you need to try the local cuisine; oysters, mussels, pipérade basque, l'ouillade, goat's cheese, and of course, the incredible wine, Armagnac, and Cognac! Return back to your cozy apartment and relax in the shared outdoor pool. Our lovely space comfortably accommodates 4 guests, but can sleep up to 6!

Our apartment has 1 BEDROOM with 2 Single Beds. There is also an additional SLEEPING AREA with 1 Bunk Bed. You'll find a Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate additional guests. We'll provide you with bed linens for free.

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM with a shower and a WC. We provide you with towels! Keep your clothes clean using the on-site laundry machines that are available for an additional charge.

After exploring the city, retreat to our charming LIVING SPACE. Curl up and enjoy your favourite shows on our cable TV. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi. Enjoy some fresh air on the private balcony or terrace.

You'll find an equipped KITCHENETTE, which includes a set of ceramic hobs and a dishwasher. You can enjoy all of your meals in the dining area.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence Club Pignada Plage where our apartment is conveniently located. These include tennis court access, the shared unheated outdoor pool, a bike rental, a petanque court, and a ping pong table. If you’re travelling by car, we’ve got you covered with FREE outdoor parking on-site!

If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for €10/night. Select units may be equipped with accessible features - please let our team know if you would like these features and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax charged per person. Guests are requested to clean their units before departure or an end of stay cleaning will be provided for an additional fee (depending on the length of stay and size of unit).

Watch the sunset while enjoying a tasty meal on the beach at Bar Restaurant Côté Sable, a 6-minute drive away! Pick up your groceries at Spar Supermarket, a 10-minute walk away. Go for boat tours or plan some water activities at the Centre de Formation Nautique de Soustons, their office is only a 5-minute drive away.
