"This cottage was perfect to enjoy and explore the east (and north/south) sides of PEI. Freshly painted and well-maintained, it had a definite beachy feel. The tap water tasted great and the shower had lots of water pressure. The bbq and electric fireplace made it a pleasant place to cook and relax after a day of sightseeing. Once the owners add wifi/tv services, it will be even better, although we did watch several of the supplied DVD movies on the flat screen smart tv. Our cell phone data...

"My husband and I were celebrating our 20th Anniversary and decided to stay at this location for our week stay in Souris. It surpassed all our expectations. The place is so quiet as it is located on a lake road off the main road, so there is little to no noise at all. "This house on the water was just beautiful. Spacious, extremely clean, well-appointed, and beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. "First, Tammy was wonderful to communicate with. When I booked the stay, the dates got mixed up and I immediately requested a change of booking. "Cottage was very clean and comfortable. When we weren't out exploring the island, we enjoyed the peace and quiet on the back porch with the view of the sea. Thank you,Tammy, for the local goodies. They were a treat. My only suggestion would be to have written instructions at the house with the Wi-Fi password. We struggled to find it, and without CP service outside the US, we had no way to contact anyone to answer our questions."

"This is a wonderful property that exceeds its online profile. While it was just the two of us, this lovely and comfortable house is well equipped, and could easily accommodate two families. The oceanfront on Spry Point is fabulous and the quiet beach is right there at the edge of the property. The location is great for venturing out anywhere on the eastern side of PEI.
