An electric gate and 2 private parking spaces are at your disposal.

A deposit of 1000€ will be required at the time of booking. By credit card imprint.

Cleaning and laundry are at the traveller's expense. The 460 euros will be paid on site by credit card or by bank transfer on arrival.

There is 1 security camera that covers the external gate and the front door. The camera deactivates as soon as the house alarm is deactivated.
