The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming, fully air-conditioned, single-storey house for rent in Sotta, with mountain views, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a surface area of 156 m² and accommodation for up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 54 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of around 600 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included. The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 54 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area and open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1, 2 and 3: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Three bathrooms (with shower) and toilets
- One separate toilet

Two single beds are also available if you need additional sleeping space.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, tumble dryer, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- An 8×4 m private heated swimming pool. Secured by a fence and open from 1 March to 30 November
- A 2.4×2.4m jacuzzi for 5 people, open all year round
- A south-east facing terrace of approximately 126 m² with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A 600 m² private enclosed garden

The house is ideally located in Sotta, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 5 vehicles). It is also possible to park around the house.

- Nearest train station: Mezzana train station, approximately 2 hours 11 minutes (127 km) by car
- Nearest airport: Figari - Sud Corse Airport, approximately 11 minutes (11.1 km) by car

Other remarks:
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Pets are allowed for an additional fee of €15/stay (only one small pet allowed), please specify when booking.
- Swimming: all children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
