Nice and sunny apartment located on the main street of Sorrent

APARTMENT ERICA is a beautiful three-room apartment laid out over an area of 100 square meters, on the fourth floor of a stately building nestled in the heart of Sorrento. It can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 people. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, television and a private terrace with city and a partial sea view.


Situated on the main street of Sorrento, Corso Italia, it is less than a 5 minutes ’walk from the vibrant Piazza Tasso, the main square of the town.

Nearby there are restaurants, shops, bars and supermarkets. The nearest beach is Marina Piccola, and the main pier from which you are able to take the hydrofoil to Capri, Ischia or Naples, are both less than 800 meters away. It takes less than fifteen minutes by foot or by bus or it is possible to take the elevator that is located in the Villa Comunale just a few meters from the apartment. The Circumvesuviana train station and the SITA bus station are less than 200 meters away, with destinations such as Pompeii and Naples and the buses leading to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello

No car is required to stay at the Erica apartment. If you are traveling by car, you can park it in a nearby public car park, subject to availability, for an extra cost.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of an impressively stately building, in a relaxed residential area. Access to apartment Erica is by elevator or by taking the stairs.

THE TERRACE is 5 square meters. It is equipped with a table with two chairs. From the terrace, you can admire a beautiful view of the city and partial view of the sea. Access is from the living room.

THE LIVING ROOM is spacious and bright. It is furnished with a double sofa bed, a television, a dining table for six people, air conditioning and heating. Access to the living room is from the corridor. It is possible to access the terrace from the living room.

THE KITCHEN is equipped with a four-burner stovetop, a refrigerator with freezer, an electric oven, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee machine, a Mocha coffee maker and a toaster. From the kitchen, there is access to a small veranda used as a laundry area, where you will find the washing machine, the ironing board and the iron. Access is from the corridor.

THE FIRST BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM is furnished with a king size double bed (upon request, twin beds can be prepared), air conditioning and heating. THE ENSUITE BATHROOM is decorated in delicate shades of yellow, equipped with a toilet, sink and shower area, hairdryer. Access is from the corridor.

THE SECOND BEDROOM is furnished with a king-size bed (upon request, twin beds can be prepared), air conditioning and heating. Access is from the corridor.

THE THIRD BEDROOM is furnished with a king size bed (on request can become twin beds), air conditioning / heating. Access is from the corridor.

THE SECOND BATHROOM in decorated in shades of blue is equipped with toilet, sink and shower area, hairdryer. Access is from the corridor.

Important things to know:
- The central location will allow you to fully experience Sorrento and to easily visit the surroundings: Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Capri, Pompeii;
- Given the centrality, in summer you will experience some background noise
- Tourist tax 3.00 Euro per day per person for the first 7 nights from April to October 31. The children under 18 years do not pay.
- For arrivals after 8:00 PM will be applied an extra cost of 50. 00 euro to be paid at the arrival.
