Beautiful villa on three levels, surrounded by large panoramic terraces with sea views. The villa has a private swimming pool and ample parking within the property and is located just 11 km from Sorrento and 2 km from Sant'Agata with many restaurants and shops. The sea can be reached in just 15 minutes by bus (bus stop 50m from the house) or car.

Ground Floor: equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer and ice-machine machine, electric oven, coffee machine, blender, dishwasher, washing machine), dining room, living room with fireplace and Satellite TV, one toilet for the staff (who do not live in the property) and one for the guests. One double bedroom. In addition, there is a spa area with bathroom (WC, bidet, shower), small covered Jacuzzi pool, Turkish bath and chromotherapy shower. Spacious terrace with benches, table, chairs and BBQ.

First floor: three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all with en-suite bathroom with shower, terrace and Satellite TV. One of the bedrooms is also accessible from the outside via a ramp and is suitable for guests on a wheelchair.

Going up a few steps from the entrance we find the private heated swimming pool (7x8m), bar with minifridge, ice machine and a changing room with external shower.

One extra single bed can be added, on request.
