Tastefully furnished and carefully maintained, the villa accommodates up to 8 guests across 220 sqm of interior space on two levels, complemented by over 500 sqm of private outdoor areas, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. Its peaceful setting, less than 2 km from Sorrento, makes it perfect both for relaxation and for exploring the Amalfi Coast.



A separate portion of the property is occupied by the owners, who have a completely independent entrance. The swimming pool, garden and all outdoor areas are for the exclusive use of guests, ensuring full privacy.

The private garden, carefully landscaped and rich in Mediterranean plants, features the private swimming pool (7 x 3.5 m, 1.30 m deep), open from April 1st to October 31st, and equipped with:

On the opposite side of the pool, climbing 18 steps, you reach the main villa and its large private panoramic terrace, partially shaded by a bamboo pergola. This space becomes the true heart of the villa during the summer: a welcoming outdoor living and dining area ideal for long lunches and dinners together, sunset barbecues and convivial moments.

It is also perfectly suited for hosting cooking classes and private culinary experiences, thanks to the spacious layout and large dining table.



The outdoor kitchen area is equipped with a 4-burner gas cooktop, barbecue, pizza oven (usable only in the presence of the villa’s pizzaiolo), a large dining table for up to 14 guests, and a convenient guest bathroom.
