Located in the magnificent historic village of Sormano, between the charming cities of Como and Lecco and a short distance from picturesque Bellagio, our apartment, recently renovated in 2024, is the ideal choice for those seeking a comfortable getaway, surrounded by nature, and close to the area's main attractions. Perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends, it offers a relaxing and worry-free stay, with all modern comforts.
Apartment Features:
Capacity: The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people, thanks to a cozy and well-furnished bedroom. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed with high-quality linens and spacious wardrobes.
Sofa bed available for the third guest.
Modern Renovation: Recently renovated with high-quality materials, the apartment features an elegant and functional design, designed to offer a welcoming and practical environment. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, with modern appliances such as an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and induction stove. Complete with dishes and utensils, it's the perfect home-away-from-home.
The dining area in the kitchen is the perfect space to relax after a day of hiking or sightseeing. It features a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and free high-speed Wi-Fi.
The bathroom has been recently renovated and features a spacious shower, toilet, and sink. Guests will find soft towels and a hairdryer.

Hiking and Outdoor Activities: Just steps from the apartment, there are countless trails for hiking, mountain biking, and scenic walks. There's also a shared bike washing area. Outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty of options for enjoying the mountain scenery.
The Charm of Bellagio: Just a 30-minute drive away, you can visit the renowned town of Bellagio, known as the "Pearl of Lake Como." Bellagio offers stunning lake views, historic gardens, elegant boutiques, and fine restaurants, ideal for a day of exploration or a romantic lakeside dinner.
Lake Como and Surrounding Area: In just 20 minutes, you can reach Nesso, a charming village on the shores of Lake Como, where you can enjoy a day at the lake or explore the famous Orrido di Nesso waterfall. From here, you can also embark on boat trips, discovering the historic villas and gardens that line the lake.
Como and Lecco: Both cities are easily reached in about 30 minutes by car, offering museums, shopping, and historic cafes, ideal for a lakeside stroll or a cultural visit.
Milan at Your Fingertips: If you're looking to visit a major city, Milan is just 45 minutes away, allowing you to enjoy its cultural attractions, fashion, and nightlife.
The reservation includes the entire apartment, guaranteeing privacy and exclusive comfort throughout your stay.
The apartment is perfect for couples looking for a functional space, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the comforts to feel at home.
Before your arrival, you'll receive all the information you need to best organize your check-in and enjoy a hassle-free stay. This includes a link to fill out with the personal information of all your guests.
It will also be necessary to upload the required identity documents for each guest, in compliance with current Italian legislation (ref. TULPS – Consolidated Law on Public Safety).
In particular:
- Identity card or passport for European Union citizens
- Passport for non-EU citizens
This procedure is mandatory for registration with the competent authorities and is intended to ensure the safety and legality of the stay.
Access to the apartment is permitted only to registered guests who have been duly registered with the authorities.
To ensure the safety of guests and the property, an external video surveillance camera is installed to monitor the apartment's common areas. The presence of the camera is marked in accordance with privacy regulations.
Please note that any illegal activity within the property will be immediately reported to the judicial authorities, in accordance with Italian law. The apartment is intended solely for legitimate use, in compliance with current legislation and the rules of civil coexistence.
Furthermore, any tampering, damage or deactivation of the video surveillance camera constitutes a crime pursuant to art. Article 635-quater of the Italian Criminal Code, which punishes the damage to computer or telematic systems, including video surveillance systems. Such behavior will be prosecuted and reported to the competent authorities.
Free parking is available to guests near the church, 20 meters away.
Please note that breakfast is not included in the offer, nor is food or drinks provided in the apartment.
Guests can use the minibar available by paying with QR code or the numerous dining options nearby or use the fully equipped kitchen to prepare their own meals.
