It is located in Sori, a quiet seaside village on the Ligurian Riviera, known for its beach, traditional trattorias, and authentic atmosphere.
A convenient private parking space, suitable even for large cars, makes your stay even more practical and relaxing.

This spacious and bright house is perfect for a holiday focused on comfort and tranquility.
The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace with a view, ideal for admiring breathtaking sunsets 🌅.
The kitchen is separate and well-equipped.
The sleeping area includes 1 double bedroom, 1 with two single beds, and 1 with a single bed.
🚿 Two comfortable bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, plus a third service bathroom next to the laundry room.
🚗 The house is located in a quiet area: we recommend using a car, as supermarkets, bars, and restaurants are a few minutes away. But the peace, space, and sunsets are well worth the trip! ✨

Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental contract for your stay.
For any needs, you can contact us via the same channel: we are available every day, from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND AUTONOMOUS CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without restrictions.

🔑 Check-in & Check-out
• 🕒 Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
• 🕚 Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLIER OR LEAVE LATER?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORT
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENIC REASONS, no food items are present in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair upon request for children from 0 to 2 years.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including bed linen.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to follow the rules of waste separation.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of garbage.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
