This charming villa enjoys a privileged location, nestled under the cork oaks in an enclosed park of 1700 m2, offering a peaceful and preserved living environment. Only 150 meters walk from the famous beaches of La Gravière and Culs nus, as well as 200 meters from the marine lake of Hossegor,
it offers you privileged access for beautiful walks or bike rides on the many cycle paths that line the South Coast of the Landes and a multitude of outdoor activities for the whole family.

Nestled in the privileged residential area between the dune and the bottom of the lake, this villa is the perfect refuge for holidays with family or friends. The large living room, facing south, opens directly onto a first terrace where you can enjoy the aperitif and enjoy delicious meals around the plancha. The kitchen, separated from the main room by a small counter, is fully equipped.
A second terrace at the back of the house welcomes you for a moment of relaxation with sunbeds, garden furniture, parasol and ping-pong table.

The villa also has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a third bedroom with 2 single beds, offering a comfortable resting area for all occupants. A shower room and a separate toilet complete the interior layout.

Tenant access:
The villa and its garden are entirely available to tenants.
The beach and the ocean are accessible in 5 minutes on foot.
The marine lake is also accessible in 7 minutes on foot.
The city center of Hossegor is 15 minutes away by bike and 7 minutes by car.

Parking:
It is possible to park two vehicles in front of the house.
No parking inside.

Linen:
Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as tablecloths and kitchen towels.
For long-term rentals (15 days), linen can be changed every week.
