With 59 sqm, it accommodates up to 3 guests (4 for families with children) and features a tastefully furnished open living and dining area with TV and Wi-Fi, a bedroom with a double bed and pull-out sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine. The open kitchen is fully equipped with oven, grill, induction hob, dishwasher, extractor hood, toaster, coffee maker, and more. The large south-facing balcony is perfect for relaxing.



There is a shared storage room for bicycles—ideal if you want to explore the area by bike. Please note that events are not permitted on the property. Please follow the house rules, which can be found on the sideboard in front of the TV.



There is no elevator in the building. The entrance, accessible via an external staircase, is two floors below the access road and four floors above the private parking space. The apartment itself is two and a half floors above the entrance. This is manageable for fit guests and rewards you with a unique view!
