The house sits on 2+ acres of mature landscape with towering oaks and lots of greenery. The house itself is 5 bedrooms (4 that are en-suite and the 5th with a bathroom across the hall) with an additional room that sleeps 2. One bedroom is off the master, but has a private entrance from the garden deck. Additionally, the house has multiple skylights, walls of windows, 2 stone fireplaces, living room, formal dining room, large family room, eat-in-kitchen and 5.5 bathrooms. The outdoor area is surrounded by gardens with ample outdoor seating and dining options. We have a solar heated pool (May through October) and a hot tub (year round) for those of all ages to relax in. Enjoy after dinner drinks or indulge in s'mores by the fire pit. The property offers areas for both quiet retreat and social time and is great for friends and family reunions and corporate retreats. We have horses happily grazing in our coral and living in our barn, and are well taken care of by their owners. There are fruit trees to be enjoyed around the property - delicious apples, peaches and more, when in season. And just minutes from the house are numerous wineries and restaurants if you want a break from relaxing by the solar heated pool or our large hot tub.
