Great place!
Some friends and I had a girls trip planned and enjoyed every relaxing minute spent here. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We payed the extra to heat the pool and were not disappointed. This is a great spot to spend some time and close to some great wineries!

Convenient location, great backyard & spa
I was generally happy with this property. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do in the area. The spa was great, and I think the pool would be great in summer, but it would have cost extra to have it heated for our October stay, so we passed on that. The house and beds were comfortable, and the bedding adequate. The kitchen was fine but could have used a good cleaning and some updated cooking utensils, etc. (and labels on the coffee maker buttons since they were worn off, but I guess that's what google is for! Haha) Also, we would have loved having beach towels or similar for the spa, but we made due with some skimpy bath towels and it wasn't a big deal. All in all, I might have expected slightly more polish for the price, but I realize that we were mostly paying for the location and the well-maintained backyard with pool & spa. Fair enough. We enjoyed our stay, and the owner was responsive to questions.

Eden Thank you for the feedback. I did a walkthrough and identified a few untensils that need to be replaced in the kitchen. The kitchen overall is very clean, however, looks like the tile grout could use a good scrubbing. Will have the maid do a thorough cleaning of the floor. We will also have the maid replace any older beach towels she rotates for each stay. Thanks again! Vince & Lisa

Nice house. Was clean. Easy check in. Had small issue with hot tub on arrival. Fixed within hour by owner. Can’t go wrong with this property. Was exactly as shown in pictures.

The house was perfect for 4 girls staying for the weekend. Everything very close and handy. Unfortunately, we did not have time to use pool, spa or fire pit at night. Would rebook for another trip!

Perfect Stay with family
We were in town for a wedding and wanted a place to relax for a couple days after. The backyard was the perfect oasis and the house was just as described and very comfortable for us all to hang out. The bungalow outside worked perfect for my brother to stay as well.

Wonderful backyard and patio with pool. Only there for a weekend so sadly did not have enough time to take full advantage of the pool and spa due to touring wineries. Excellent location and close to everything

Amazing!!
We decided to head to the area for a much needed Girl Getaway. This included my sister and my adult daughter… what an amazing trip with this house as the focus point. We enjoyed each having our own bed and plenty of space inside and outside to enjoy. The pool was just the right temperature and the outside seating was very comfortable. There were lights hanging up to enjoy at night and a superior BBQ to grill up some delicious meals. Definitely would like to return in the future!

Perfect Sonoma Base for Girls’ Trip
Stayed here with girlfriends for a surprise birthday getaway and it was the perfect base for wine tasting and enjoying the beautiful surrounding area. The yard with pool and hot tub were glorious and we loved the funky art! The sounds of birds and frogs in nature nearby and the stars overhead made for peaceful nights and we enjoyed playing the board games left in the hallway closet for guests. The home had the amenities we needed & Vincent was very pleasant to work with as our host. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our group!

Property was very clean with good amenities. Pool was a nice way to relax after a day touring the region. Comfortable and good location for exploration of the area. Kitchen was well appointed to cook for the 4 of us.

Fabulous Sonoma Trip
Everything was just perfect. Great place for two couples. The house was clean, and close to the wineries, the pool and spa was great! The grill was great use for an evening grilling. The owner, Vince was super responsive as well. We would definitely stay again.

This house was perfect for our stay. The house was clean with all the amenities that we needed. Pool and hot tub were ready for our arrival and were both lovely to use at the end of the day. Vincent was very responsive and we had no problems getting checked in.

Wine Country with Highschool Friends
We thoroughly enjoyed coming together at this beautiful property. Most of the group was from the cold and snow of Minnesota, so the lush plant life, citrus trees, birds singing, and spa were just what they all needed. The outdoor space is phenomenal and the house had everything we needed to have a memorable weekend. The proximity to some lovey wineries and downtown Sonoma was perfect for what we did outside of hanging at the house too. Thanks!

We have traveled a fair amount and have stayed in a variety of places. Our choice for this trip was exceptional. From the moment we booked, Vince went above and beyond when it came to information and follow-up. The property is great for a week long trip. Back yard area is perfect. Kitchen appliances and setup works well for any family stay. Additionally, the cupboards had spices, coffee filters and many things that most rentals do not provide. We had a minor concern on check in, Vince offered to come over immediately. Appreciate that on a Saturday evening. Bottom line, we felt like we were at home. Great stay and will come back next time we are in wine country.

The house was just as listed. It was perfect for two couples to share. The weather didn’t permit us to use all the backyard had to offer. We were disappointed about that because the pool, hot tub and fire pit looked wonderful. Great amenities in a great location.

Beautiful Wine Country Retreat
Our hosts were so helpful and replied promptly any time we reached out, it was a pleasure to stay in their home with a group of girlfriends and explore the area! Location was perfect and allowed us easy access to the downtown and surrounding wineries. We enjoyed spending time in the backyard during the evenings, the spa was a real treat!

Great, cozy Sonoma home with wonderful outdoor living space!
Our party of 4 adults was very comfortable & relaxed in this cozy home! We spent a bit of time each night enjoying the outdoor living space. Great location specifically for Sonoma Square & surrounding vineyards. Also, an easy though little bit longer drive to the Napa vineyards. I would very much recommend this home for your next wine country visit.

Great for a weekend getaway!
We stayed at Vince's VRBO for a girls weekend of wine tasting. - The property was very clean and exactly as advertised - The rooms and closets were very spacious, and the beds super comfortable - The kitchen was well-equipped - The host was very communicative and responded quickly - Parking was easy and the street was very quiet I would absolutely stay here again, thanks so much, Vince!

We had to minimize kitchen amenities and kitchenware due to covid requirements. We have replenished the kitchen since your visit. Our maid cleans thoroughly, please email me additional information in regards to cleanliness so we can provide the maid additonal feedback.

Wonderful Thanksgiving in Sonoma
Our family met for an extended Thanksgiving week/weekend in Sonoma to meet up with our oldest daughter who is traveling the U.S. in her van. Fetters Hot Springs-Agua Caliente was a perfect venue for our family and Thanksgiving celebration. The property was perfect for the 5 adults - one who stayed in the pool house. Everything was clean and welcoming, and the hot tub was such a treat after a day of wandering the Sonoma region. We'd highly recommend this rental and will definitely be back for another extended stay in the Sonoma region. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Sonoma!

30th wedding anniversary trip

A lovely getaway
