We recommend a CFAR (Cancel for any reason) policy which covers 75% of your trip. We agree to refund you the remaining 25%. You are 100% covered, and we still receive 75% of your booking if you need to cancel. It's a win/win! Ask us for details about where to buy CFAR insurance.,
Covid-19 Cleaning Protocol: Following CDC recommendations, we clean all hard surfaces (counters, tables, light switches, door knobs, etc.) with a bleach solution. All soft surfaces are sprayed with a 70% alcohol solution. It takes longer and costs a bit more, but it's worth it!

Our home offers affordable luxury.
Relax poolside, melt in our private hot tub, then chill in the hammock. Sunbathe on our huge sun-drenched deck, or dine outside as the sun sets behind the hills. Ride bikes to town (2.5 miles) or local wineries, or book a customized private wine tour with our wine guides.
Cook a gourmet meal in our fully equipped kitchen, and end the day with a glass of wine by our backyard fire pit, Get comfy in a guest bathrobe, then sleep in luxury and privacy.

Each of our three bedrooms are at different ends of the house. None share a common wall so you and your guests enjoy maximum privacy.

Let us help you plan your own private wine tour based on your wine preferences, type of winery, or locations you want to visit (Canneros, Dry Creek, Napa, etc.).
Approximately 35 wineries are within a 15 minute (or less) drive from our house, and we are 2.5 miles from downtown Sonoma's great restaurants, shops, and tasting rooms. We are equi-distance to either Napa Valley or Healdsburg/Dry Creek wineries (45 minutes).
We also have 6 free bicycles to ride to wineries, downtown Sonoma, or just around the neighborhood.
And on a cool night, you can light one of our two wood-burning fireplaces, curl up on the couch and choose from over 200 classic movies on VHS & DVD. Or log-in to Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon with our wifi-enabled TV.
We have a pingpong table, as well, perfect for both kid and adult fun, no matter how badly you play!
The master bedroom has a Cal-King bed and private bath. The other two bedrooms offer queen beds.
Need a book? Choose from over 300 books both fiction and non-fiction - many travel guides too for planning your next adventure.

Disgusting and Disappointing ā€“ Stay Far Away

This was our first trip to Wine Country, flying in all the way from Atlanta, and we were excitedā€”especially given the price point, we expected a beautiful, well-kept property. Boy, were we wrong.From the moment we arrived, it was a nightmare. We had to fight just to get the front door openā€”literally had to throw our shoulder into it. Not a great start. But then came the smell. The overwhelming stench of stale air, animals, and who-knows-what else hit us like a wall. No fresh air circulation, no ventilationā€”it was suffocating. Cleanliness? Practically nonexistent. The bed looked like someone started making it and just gave up - so who knows if anything was actually washed. Trash from the previous guests was still in the bins inside the house. We were instantly uncomfortable. Even the host admitted it was unacceptable. We left, hoping the property manager would come in and at least freshen things up. When we returned? The same funk! And though the host acknowledged the condition of the place was not okay, he still refused to offer any kind of refund.We came to Wine Country to relax, but this house made that impossible. Not even the ā€œcomplimentary bottle of wineā€ was there to greet us as stated in his welcome book. If youā€™re okay with dirt, stink, and disappointment, go for it. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else.I also have pictures of what it looked like upon arrival!

Everything you need and more!

My sisters, nieces and mother met up for a wine tasting adventure in Sonoma. This house was the perfect girls sleepover hideaway. It was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. The amenities and cozy feel to the home added to the fun times immensely. Fully equipped with a grown persons jacuzzi, meaning a group of women fir nicely. The pool so beautiful and the perfect temperature for a swim in the copd weather. From the ping pong table to the large kitchen table, party central and good nights sleep savvy. We all had a blast together and look forward to come back again.

Spot on in Sonoma

Our family enjoyed this well equipped, clean, quiet, updated home within a 10 minute drive of the Sonoma plaza. Its location allowed easy access to hiking, wineries, parks and points of interest. Our host was helpful and quick to respond. And he even provided a complimentary bottle of local wine. I would recommend this property.

Came to town for a race at Sonoma Raceway. House within 20 minutes making it very easy to access. House description was spot on and easy to communicate with home owner. All family and friends loved the stay and want to come back. EXCELLENT STAY AND WEEKEND!

Warm & Wonderful!

This home is located in a residential neighborhood in Sonoma, CA. Convenient to restaurants, services and all the wine tasting you could ever want for. The home was warm with all of the necessities you could ever need. The pool and hot tub were great AND we were able to include our dog in the family getaway. The host was wonderful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this home for anyone spending time in the California wine country!

Napa Wine Country Visit 2024

The house was excellent more than we expected. One of the highlights was how every cabinets were labeled and things were easy to find. The pool & spa was gorgeous! The hosts were very proactive and engaging with us to ensure we were settled, comfortable. Quick Get Away

We were trying to plan a quick getaway with certain dates and many parameters that had to fit our schedule. Found this house and it was absolutely perfect. One of the main necessities was that we had to take our dogs, a fenced yard, a pool and a hot tub, My only complaint is I wish I couldā€™ve stayed longer. Thank you so much for having us and allowing or four legged family members to join.

Quiet yet nearby getaway

This home was equipped with more than enough relaxation and entertainment to satisfy a wide range of ages. The jacuzzi was ready to go. Everything outside has coverss to keep clean. Rooms are well maintained and come with robes for our dip. There's a binder with reviews of local eats and tips that come very helpful. But overall the home is located in a quiet area which is great for getting away from a metropolis and proximity to downtown Sonoma means easy trips for all the guests.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. House was clean. Pool was great for the hot days and we had 2 little kids with us and a dog. Larry had recommendations on restaurants near by that we tried. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Beautiful home in Sonoma wine country

Lovely property as described by the owners. Great location for biking into Sonoma and the bikes were in pretty good condition for the rides. A quiet neighbourhood and the owner emphasized (possibly over emphasized) the need for quiet around 9-9:30 pm which is a little early for a beautiful night under the stars! Both the hot tub and the pool were in great condition and very easy to access for use. The owner was readily available for any concerns, however, our only concern was a bike pump that did not work! Great Mexican and Italian restaurants in easy driving distance.

Lovely location

Fun place to stay with a nice pool, hot tub and ping pong table. Roomy interior that comfortably housed all 6 of us snd dogs. Property is as described. This was my first time using VRBO and the hosts made it very easy - very helpful and communicative. Would definitely use them again!

Great stay for a wedding weekend

Myself and 6 other adults (3 couples) had a great time at this beautiful and clean property while we were here for a wedding weekend! Our group had fun in the pool and slept well. We had a small issue with the water heater not being turned on when we arrived but after contacting the host it was resolved and fixed right away. Thanks!
