"Morley St in Simi was great! Marvin is a fantastic host….communication was outstanding. Location is super handy. Good off-street parking. The best mattresses. And a very comfortable clean sectional in spacious non cluttered living room. New appliances in a bright cheerful kitchen. Great for families, especially kids. Beautiful things growing all around. "DECEPTIVE LISTING!! THIS IS SHARED SPACE! We booked this "entire home". When we arrived, we were told that the host shares the living space and kitchen! Her listing says we have the entire home and that host lives "on opposite side of property" - not true! She's IN the house! My bf went to make toast and Mary immediately came out and started talking. When my friends were outside, Mary came over to chat. Her dog, while cute, was also very "bitey" and uncontrolled. We're dog lovers, too. Also,...

The hot tub and backyard was maintained well . The neighbors were nice as well . Id definitely stay here again if I come back to the area !"

"Beautiful property and very nice host. I wish I had known the guest house was directly behind the owner's home. Less privacy than we would have liked but very, very nice. The property is secure, quiet, and safe. Absolutely gorgeous setting with the pool and hot tub.My only recommendation is to clean the inside of the washer. The front loader is full of mold/mildew but they are very nice and we used them.Thank you for a great stay."
