"These units were perfect for our friends and family. Loved the two kitchens and multiple baths. Both units are updated and decorated just precious as can be. With our group we had lot's of outdoor space under the patio with great seating options. We would not hesitate coming back. We visited the lake several times as it's just a few minutes away to view gorgeous sunsets. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Little Black Cabin over Thanksgiving weekend. The kitchen had everything we needed, and both the bed and the sleeper sofa were incredibly comfortable. The cabin offered a peaceful and quiet retreat, while still being conveniently close to stores and family. An added bonus was the electric car charger, which wasn't mentioned in the listing but was greatly appreciated!"

"Family and I came to town for my daughter’s final review weekend. Check in was easy and house is clean and perfect size for our group size. Not too far from all the activities on campus we needed to be there for but also not in the middle of all the craziness so traffic wasn’t terrible getting around which is a huge plus for us. Quiet neighborhood would definitely book again. Host is attentive and nice."

"We had 1 infant and 14 adults in town for a Fighting Texas Aggie graduation on 5/17/25 and we all stayed at Whoop Acres. Communication prior to arrival, was great with the property manager and Fred, the owner. They were very accommodating and check in was extremely simple with the detailed instructions. The house had everything we needed and provided a big place for all of us to gather after graduation. Great memories were made. Whoop Acres is an excellent place to stay!"
